Jason Overcash is a lifelong resident of China Grove, North Carolina, whose roots in the community run deep. A graduate of South Rowan High School, Jason built his life around service, family, and a relentless commitment to quality. He married his high school sweetheart, and together they’ve raised two children while building a life centered on hard work, integrity, and community values.
Jason began his professional journey with over 20 years in law enforcement, where he developed a strong work ethic, leadership skills, and a deep sense of accountability. In 2005, he took on a new challenge—remodeling homes—and quickly discovered a passion for breathing new life into old spaces. What started as a side project grew into a full-fledged calling.
With more than two decades in the construction industry, Jason and his partner Mark leads Armor Pro Concrete Coatings, a company known for precision craftsmanship, durable finishes, and hands-on ownership. Jason takes pride in being closely involved in each project, ensuring that every job meets the highest standards of quality and care. His work reflects a belief that surfaces aren’t just built to look good—they’re built to last.
Beyond Armor Pro, Jason is also a local entrepreneur and community builder. He owns several small businesses in China Grove, including Grove Cartel Brewing Company and Meadows at Grove Cartel, a restaurant that serves as a gathering place for locals and visitors alike.
Jason Overcash brings the same dedication, attention to detail, and passion to every business he touches—whether it’s concrete coatings, custom renovations, craft beer, or community dining. His goal is simple: to create lasting value while staying true to the town and people that shaped him.
Mark Murphy brings a unique blend of leadership, precision, and purpose to everything he does. A 2001 graduate of A.L. Brown High School, Mark spent 15 years in the manufacturing industry, where he honed his skills in quality control and production management at AM Haire and Royal Development Company. His experience in these roles laid a strong foundation for operational excellence, attention to detail, and team leadership—qualities that continue to shape his work today.
In addition to his professional background in manufacturing, Mark pursued higher education at Welch College, earning an Associate Degree in Science of Ministry. In 2009, he answered a personal and spiritual calling to ministry, and by 2011, he became the lead pastor of Grace City Church, where he continues to serve his congregation with humility and vision.
Mark’s dual experience in both industry and ministry gives him a distinctive perspective—balancing efficiency and discipline with compassion and purpose. Whether leading a team on a job site or guiding a community from the pulpit, he is known for his steady leadership, integrity, and heart for service.
